How long does shipping take?

Economy shipping takes 5-8 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a base economy $4.90 shipping fee.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Check out our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our order tracking page to check your order status anytime.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry adult t-shirt sizes S through 3XL with plans to expand products and sizing in the future. Check out our sizing guide for detailed measurements to find your perfect fit. Feel free to contact us for other sizing options and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Absolutely! We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same guidelines as our Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure and convenient checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping options and hope to expand soon!

How do I care for my clothing?

Care instructions are included on the label of each item. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the quality and fit of your clothing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry if that happens! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Currently, we generally do not offer special pricing for bulk orders and wholesale customers. Contact us directly to discuss your needs and we may be able to work something out!
