We want to get your Green Thorn Clothing Co. order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-8 business days
  • Cost:
    • 0lb-5lbs = $4.90
    • 5lbs-70lbs = $19.90
    • Shipping is free for orders $50 and up
  • Tracking: Included

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-4 business days
  • Cost:
    • 0lb-1lb = $6.90
    • 1lb-5lb = $9.90
  • Tracking: Included

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Areas

United States

We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping time may apply to remote areas.

International

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our order tracking page.

Delivery Information

  • Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday
  • Signature may be required for orders over $200
  • We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • If you won't be home, consider shipping to your workplace or using package pickup services

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for express and overnight shipping)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarders

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged packages)
  • Contact us within 7 days if your package doesn't arrive
  • We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
  • Replacement or refund will be provided as appropriate
