At Green Thorn Clothing Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging when possible
  • Free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return Items

  1. Contact Us: Email us or use our contact form to initiate your return
  2. Get Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package your items with the return authorization number
  4. Ship Items: Send items back using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $50

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
